I’m Nellie, mother to 4 wild children and wife to one not as wild husband. I have always loved photography and being able to capture moments. My favourite thing growing up was to dig out the old photo albums and looking at the old pictures and listening to the stories that went along with them. I love documenting life and all the little moments between the big ones. We all have the those “mantel” photos for the grandparents but those aren’t the story ones, I like the ones where there is mud everywhere and someone is getting a stern talking to, those are the days you look back on and say “remember that time”. We had a lot of those growing up and I think it’s important to remember those, the good times, the silly times and the sometimes not as great times.
I want to get to know you and your family, how you interact and show your love for each other. I want to be able to share those moments and capture them, showing others that feeling. I love to be silly with kids to help get a genuine smile from not just the toughest kids but also the most stoic grandparents.
